Returns

(b) Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
(c) Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
(a) Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
(b) Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
(c) Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with details and photos of the defective or damaged product.
Shipping
(a) Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(b) Exchange Shipping: If you are shipping an item for an exchange due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process will apply.
